Description:
The Regional Affiliate Partner is responsible for executing Shevana hospitality affiliate partnerships within its own territory and promotions for affiliate networking & Shevana booking engine.
Candidate will be responsible for securing marketing and promotional partnerships that align with Shevana governance structure and Shevana brand through network of Affiliate Partners. In addition, this role requires the Regional Affiliate Partner to work closely with the Chief Market Operation Officer (CMO) to increase Shevana.com relationships. Candidate must have experience with executing on cross-platform initiatives.

The Regional Affiliate Partner will need to work across departments — Operations, Reservations, Media, Third party Affiliates, legal, and sales, programming and market affiliates. This position requires a full understanding of the legal requirements in assigner region and fulfillment needs for promotions and contracting. Candidate is able to manage Affiliate Partners’ expectations while keeping Shevana.com priorities and needs in mind.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the development of strategic and innovative multiplatform initiatives to generate affiliate subscription revenue and partnership opportunities (includes co-promotions and local market avail sponsorship opportunities);
 Identify and evaluate key marketplace trends; seek opportunities to create relevant affiliate partnership and co-marketing offerings;
 Partner with Research to continually develop compelling case studies and positioning in its own area;
 Provide leadership to local Affiliate Partners in assigned region on a emerging online industry and advertising trends, technological capabilities, and competitive practices;
 Work with corporates to strategically develop local sponsorship opportunities;
 Manage Shevana promotional activities and incentives to promote tune-in and affiliate engagement;
 Work with creative team in effective execution of initiatives to be delivered to Affiliate Advertising Sales, and Marketing as necessary
 Continually evaluates and adjust affiliate sales marketing strategies and plans to meet changing distribution business landscape, related channels and local market needs;
 Develop Affiliate Partner road show presentation strategy and messaging plan; liaise internal teams to implement;
 Search, interview, propose and contract suitable candidates for Affiliate in coordination with SheVana management ether via phone or face-to-face meetings;
 Fully enable, train and execute Affiliate Partners operations in assigned region;
 Advice sales strategy per Affiliate Partner that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
 Support Affiliates in action plans creation and fulfillment for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
 Initiates and advice Affiliates’ action plans to penetrate new markets and acquire new accounts;
 Be responsible for planning, monitoring and submission of budget;
 Balance client goals and requests against the Current brand lens;

Requirements:

 Bachelors Degree; advanced degree preferred
 Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or promotions within hospitality and ecommerce
 Demonstrated leadership skills to manage deals on cross-function and cross-platform;
 Superior analytical skills; ability to interpret numbers and research into meaningful conclusions and/or recommendations;
 Extensive Ecommerce experience with strong understanding of affiliates and interactive marketing tactics ;
 Knowledge of hospitality production process;
 Strong leadership & interpersonal skills;
 Ability to influence change and manage deadlines and priorities across organizations;
 Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to diverse and varied audiences include advertisers and partners;
 Detail-oriented but also able to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment;
