Job Location: Moon Bay resort in Tongzhou district of Beijing
Job Type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and leadership of the academic department
Ensure that the academic team is delivering the best possible academic experience to our students
Plan and co-ordinate the schedules for teachers and classes
Ensure academic administrative procedures are efficiently and effectively carried out
Recruit, train, guide, monitor and evaluate all academic and teaching staff
Lead regular teachers’ meetings and ensure good communication across the teaching and student bodies
Ensure all personnel administration is kept up to date and accurate
Lead the professional development and quality improvement program for teachers
Ensure that students’ parents feedback is monitored, reviewed and acted upon in a timely fashion
Ensure classroom and teaching resources are maintained and developed
Terms of Employment
-Contract: 1-year renewable contract.
-Salary: 15,000 RMB-18,000RMB /month (based on experience),1500RMB housing allowance/Mo
-Work:40hrs/week 5-day work week Monday to Friday
