Our client, a leading MNC, is seeking a lawyer to join their highly respected regional legal department. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Litigation based in the US, you will be managing all commercial litigation and regulatory work across the Asia Pacific region. You will provide legal advice in all areas of commercial litigation and dispute, including multi-party disputes, employment and compensation disputes. You will also provide regulatory risk advice and periodic investigative updates to the businesses.
You should be a fluent English and Mandarin speaking Hong Kong or PRC qualified lawyer with more than 8 years of litigation and dispute resolutions experience, as well as experience in regulatory/investigation matters. A very attractive salary/benefits package is on offer with this position. This position could be based in Hong Kong or China.
